- Brazz Spa entered the Chicago market in Lincoln Park in 2008 as a high end and moderate-priced option for discerning ladies and men who appreciate honest prices, outstanding quality, and the attention to detail that describes the best of American and Brazilian businesses that define themselves by the satisfaction of their customers.
- When we moved in the summer of 2012 to the beautiful Gold Coast area we wanted to make sure that our mantra we is simply this: The happier the customer, the better we all feel collectively as we dance and samba forward in our lives.
- We welcome any and all customers to come in and try us out and compare our prices and quality and we sincerely hope that if we could do more to make you feel better when you walk out of our door, you will let us know whatever you (as the customer) would appreciate from us and we will ALWAYS try to accommodate your needs.
- At bottom, we are here to make you feel as comfortable, sexy, and as awesome as you deserve to feel.

THANK YOU FOR RESPECTING MY 24 HOURS CANCELLATION/RE-SCHEDULING POLICY
- By booking your appointment online, by text, over the phone, or in person, you are automatically agreeing to Brazz Brazilian Spa’s policies.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
- COVID-19: If you feel sick or have any symptoms, please reschedule your appointment immediately within 24 hours.
- There are no consultations for waxing.
- We regret that we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the service.
- Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving me enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. At this time, it is essential to enforce our cancellation policy if a 24 hour notice isn’t given because my schedule is booked and many other people want to schedule as well.
- Please note: A 48 hour notice required to cancel or reschedule all permanent make up services.
- 15% deposit is required to book all permanent make up services. Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled after 48 hours.
